Our Organisation
Mental Health Training NSW is a for-purpose organisation that offers Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to individuals and organisations.
Our mission is to deliver is to deliver engaging, evidence-based training that improves psychosocial safety and saves lives.
While we are based out of Sydney, we provide training across Australia in both urban and rural settings.
Our Founder
Mental Health Training NSW was founded by Conor Hinds, a Provisional Psychologist and Licensed Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor with a vision for MHFA to become as commonplace as physical first aid.
Conor has completed 5 years of university training in psychology, volunteered as a Telephone Crisis Supporter at Lifeline and addressed the media about the importance of mental health initiatives alongside federal ministers. He brings his expertise and enthusiasm to every training session he delivers.
